After a very busy January it was lovely to receive a letter from ICB (Institute of Bookkeepers) offering me an upgrade to the highest level available. I am now a Fellow PM. Dip. This is only offered to members of good standing and is a high honour and came totally out of the blue. It is lovely to be recognised for running a professional business and makes all the long hours very worthwhile.
Since winning the Best Small Business award at the Exmouth Chamber of Commerce Business awards last May the client base has doubled. This obviously has its own challenges with planning, workload, administration etc but somehow its all been achieved.
